Deliveries to gated properties (houses, units, and apartments) require our couriers to have access to the recipient's main door or an onsite building manager/reception. Please ensure correct contact details are provided to prevent non-delivery. If access is not possible, our couriers will call and send a text message identifying themselves as flower couriers for LULLY & ROSE. If contact cannot be made within the scheduled timeframe and access cannot be granted, flowers will be returned to our studio. We will then contact you (the purchaser) to arrange a secondary delivery for the next business day (additional fees will apply) or for recipient collection during studio trading hours, 8am-3pm.
The purchaser is responsible for confirming with hotel and building receptions whether they are willing to hold the flowers on behalf of the recipient. Please note that some receptions within the Gold Coast have strict policies about this.
For hospital deliveries, it's your responsibility as the purchaser to ensure the accuracy of the patient's details before placing the order. This includes confirming the correct spelling of the patient's name and surname, as well as verifying the ward details and whether they are permitted to receive flowers. Please be aware that certain wards such as ICU and respiratory units do not accept flowers. The hospital can only locate patients based on the information provided to us due to privacy laws. If the patient cannot be located, the flowers will be returned to our studio, and redelivery fees will apply. Additionally, please ensure that the patient has not been discharged or moved to a different ward. There will be an additional $5 charge for hospital deliveries at checkout. Please ensure you select this option before proceeding to checkout to ensure timely delivery.
If the delivery address is a workplace, please ensure to include the workplace name in the delivery address field, especially for school or hospital addresses.
By proceeding with your order, you agree to your flowers being left if reception is not home, provided it's safe to do so. If you disagree, please select 'NO AUTHORITY TO LEAVE.'
In this case, if the recipient is unavailable, the couriers will return the flowers to our studio and contact you to arrange redelivery on the next available day. A redelivery fee will apply. A re-delivery fee will apply if our couriers do not deem the location viable to leave the flowers. Reasons for this can include visibility from the road, lack of cover from weather conditions (heat and rain), or no access. Please ensure the recipient's contact details are correct and that they will be available to receive the delivery whenever possible.
Our delivery service does not extend to shopping centres or university campuses.
